Genius Hour Post #6

Today in class I started to research how the kids of garfield park are affected by the lack of sports. I started to look into the ucr to find crime stats and i also looked at the grades/ act scores of kids at Garfield park schools. i found that they did not have very high scores (al raby act score of 17) so i think these 2 results of limited sports will be the main focus points of my project

    Were you able to find anything on the UCR? What specifically are you looking for? Also, I think it's important to note that Raby's ACT average is around the CPS average. You might want to look at that as well to get comparison.
